The Prawn Suit can generate energy from heat using the Thermal Reactor upgrade (any source above 30☌). High temperatures can be used to generate energy for Seabases through the Thermal Plant because these are external generators that have to be placed at specific locations to work (any source above 25☌, which can be found in the HUD of the Prawn Suit or Seatruck, and on the Thermal Plant), the Seabase needs to be close, or otherwise connected via Power Transmitters. The Reinforced Dive Suit will allow the player to resist damage from sources up to 70☌. However, some things, such as Thermal Lilies and Fumaroles will still burn the player. Heat is not as big of a mechanic as it is in Subnautica, as the player does not take damage from simply being in hot water. Said large deposits are especially plentiful at Koppa Mining Site and in the Deep Lilypads Cave. It can also be found as a large resource deposit. It is a highly conductive metal that is used in electronics and computer manufacturing. There is no way to save after a 'point of not return' in either, so nothing to worry about. Once the plant is empty, the player can harvest the Crystalline Sulfur inside. If the player continues to approach, the Crashfish will charge the player. When the player gets too close, the Sulfur Plant quickly opens up like a flower, revealing the Crashfish inside. Once you complete the game, you can reload from your last save. The Sulfur Plant is a flora species that lives in a symbiotic relationship with the Crashfish. The Cold Suit exists to protect the player from low temperatures, and the PDA will warn the player about cold weather and hypothermia (extremely low heat in the body) Heat Gold is a raw material found in Calaverite Outcrop and Rocks. (And I cant check because I dont have it installed any more. Thermal Lilies, Steam Vents and hot springs can be found on the surface to provide warmth to the player. Certain consumables boost the player's warmth, such as the Spicy Fruit Salad, Fevered Pepper and the Thermos.
